Please understand by pre-ordering we will pre-order your item with our supplier so your rocking horse is purchased for you before it is available. No refund will be given, but you can swap to a different horse (and we can sort out the balance between the horses) if you have changed your mind before the stock is available.

The larger Biscuit and Skip from Little Bird Told Me is suitable for toddlers aged 1 year and up. Your little one will create lots of magical memories with Biscuit - we all have that one very special toy we remember from our childhoods and Biscuit will be just that!
Built on a sturdy wooden frame, Biscuit comes in a stunning print fabric in neutral colours that will go with any room decor, and features a 'scrunchy' faux suede mane and tail for added play value. She carries her friend soft toy mouse 'Skip' in her pocket wherever he goes! This wooden rocking horse features detachable foot plates that will help your little one balance, and can be removed as they grow.
Biscuit comes in a beautiful gift box with rope carry handle. Requires adult assembly.

UK Delivery
Delivery is free on all orders of or over £50 within the United Kingdom, to destinations in the UK (incl Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Isle of Scilly), and with an additional charge of £4.99 for orders under £50.
We mostly use couriers with tracking ability, so you'll receive tracking information by text or email. For smaller items sometimes we use the Royal Mail small parcel services and may not be trackable.

Delivery during Nov-Dec - during this busy season, you will be notified if there is any delay.
UK Shipping Duration
Standard Delivery
With our free standard delivery service you should receive your item within 3-10 working days. However, sometimes it may be subject to slight delay on the transit or courier process.
Standard Delivery for personalised items
Our personalised rocking horses have proven extremely popular and as they take additional time to personalise we have a slightly longer delivery time on these. We currently have a delivery time of 7-15 working days for personalised items.
Pre-orders
If you have purchased something that is pre-ordered, this means stock is not available from the supplier. Please refer to the terms and descriptions on the individual Product Pages to find out more about the dispatch time. We cannot guarante a dispatch time as it often is subject to delay due to delays in transit. We will give you an update when needed.
Teepees & Canopy Sets
For our teepee and canopy sets, once dispatched they could take up to 8 to 15 working days to arrive particularly during this Coronavirus period of time. Currently the dispatch time can vary between 3 to 10 working days as some teepees are involved with some handmade process upon orders. Please leave enough time in advance to avoid disappointment.
