Can I just say, this company’s customer service is unlike any other! They bent over backwards for me when they didn’t have to, leaving me one VERY happy customer! The quality of this product is amazing too, it looks beautiful, very well made, not flimsy in the slightest, vibrant colours — a perfect addition to any nursery!

Norbert is simply perfect - I opted for the package that includes a smaller pull along version of him as well for my grandaughter and am so pleased with it - I know she will have many hours of enjoyment playing with him, excellent service, highly recomended

Easy to install, absolutely beautiful...The wood is of excellent quality, very happy, i was worried that it wouldn't suit up to 13 years but my 11 year old needs help getting off so it's absolutely worth the money for the years of use we will get out of this plus it looks so lovely just sitting in the room.

We ordered this rocking horse for my daughter's birthday and it really is stunning. She is a little young for it at the moment but I am sure she will love it when she gets older. The customer service was brilliant; we were kept well informed about the delivery and the delivery process was smooth and efficient. The only criticism I have is that the instructions were very difficult to read and the video was an absolute essential.

I'm delighted with my wee ones sit / push along and can't wait to Xmas to see her wee face!! Highly recommend x
