Using our website
You may browse the site and place orders for lawful personal use. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or use its content and images without permission. We may update the website and these terms; the terms shown when you place an order apply to that order.
Products and orders
We describe products, age guidance, prices and availability as accurately as we can. Check the relevant product page before ordering; colours may appear different on screens. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We will contact you if an item cannot be supplied or an important detail needs clarification and, if we cannot fulfil an accepted order, refund the affected amount. We may refuse an order where reasonably necessary, such as suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error, and will explain and refund any payment taken.
Prices and delivery
Prices and the delivery charge payable at checkout are shown before you pay. We deliver to UK addresses. Certain MJ Mark delivery postcodes may attract an additional supplier courier surcharge; we will tell you the amount before dispatch and you may cancel for a refund if you do not agree to it. Products may be dispatched by us or directly by a supplier and may arrive in separate parcels. See our delivery and returns policy for current charges, estimates and arrangements.
Cancellations, returns and problems
Your rights to cancel an online order and your rights when goods are faulty or not as described are explained in our delivery and returns policy and Shopify refund policy. Please contact us before returning goods so we can give you the correct return address. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Site content and third-party services
Unless stated otherwise, the site text, images, branding and design belong to us or are used with permission. You may use the site for ordinary shopping; please ask before reusing our content commercially. Links to third-party sites and services may be provided for convenience and have their own terms and privacy practices. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy notice.
Liability and law
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of the site or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed of a material delivery problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere in the UK, your mandatory consumer protections remain in place.
