How do you personalise the items?

For all free personalisation services, we use the removable vinyl transfer technique to complete the personlisation. They are not done by engraving. Not all rocking, ride-on, or push along animals can be personalised. You will see an option to choose personalisation on the product pages if such service is available for that product. Please do refer to our delivery and return page for more details. 

 

How do I assemble my Little Bird Told Me Rocking Horses?

We strongly recommend you watch our assembly instructions video for the rocking horses within the Little Bird Told Me range. You can find them on the product pages, for example on Celeste 12 months Rocking Unicorn. They are all assembled the same way.

The only difference between the 9 month model and 12 month model is that there is a pair of foot stands that come with the 9 month model but not with the 12 month model. 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our standard delivery timeframe for non-personalised items are 4 to 10 working days and 7 to 15 working days for personalised items. However, you may often find you receive the items sooner than this. Please refer to our delivery and return page for more details. 

 

Do you do express delivery?

We don't offer next day or 2 day delivery services at the moment, because our products come from various sources which sometimes get dispatched separately. So we cannot guarantee express delivery at the moment. However, you would often find you receive the items sooner than our standard delivery timeframe.

 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We are happy to arrange international delivery, and have previously sent orders as far as America and Australia! If you require international delivery to outside the UK, please get in touch before placing your order so we can find the most competitive price for delivery and let you know how long your order will take to arrive.

 

How do I pay for my order?

At the checkout you can choose to pay securely through paypal, or by credit or debit card. Alternatively you can call us to place your order and make payment over the phone.

We also offer payment plan options with our partners Clearpay and Laybuy to allow you to buy now, pay later. Please refer to this page on further details. 

 

Do you accept returns?

How can I be sure the toys I purchase are safe?

Every toy we sell has been through rigorous testing to ensure they meet the highest UK toy safety requirements. Every item has a recommended age guide on the packaging. This is for your child's safety, for example, items marked 3 years + may have small parts that are unsuitable for younger children.
